**As of February 9, 2024, This project has been awarded to Baldwin General Contracting Inc. with the awarded amount of $4320671** The Building Enclosure Rehabilitation project consists of recladding & targeted repairs at buildings identified in the rehabilitation scope. Questions posed during the tour that are not addressed in the Solicitation will be answered by addendum. Home Forward has an established goal of 28% participation by COBID and/or Underutilized Business Enterprise (UBE) firms. Prime contractors who do not meet the 28% goal will be required to submit proof that good faith efforts have been made to contract with these subcontractors. This project is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. The wage determination applicable for the duration of this project is OR20230017 Mod 8, dated 8/11/2023. Home Forward may reject any bid not in compliance with the prescribed bidding procedures and requirements, may reject any or all bids, and waive all informalities if doing so is determined by Home Forward to be in the public interest.
