As of November 9, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding a timeline for construction has not been confirmed at this time. Concrete Curb Replacement Concrete Curb Replacement along Brandywine Drive, Laurel Drive, and Rockland Way within the Brandywine Woods development (4,375 L.F.) and along Glenview Drive and Brook Circle within the Springton Glen development (2,845 L.F.) totaling approximately 7,220 L.F. All bidders must submit bid security in the form of a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The Township reserves the right to accept and or reject any and all bids or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, and to waive informalities in the bidding as they deem for the best interest of the Township. Bidders are reminded that should the Township award a contract, the Successful Bidder will be required to pay all fees associated electronically. Questions Due: October 24, 2023 by 1:00 P.M.
