PROJECT SUMMARY A. The [insert Contractor name] (Contractor) shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide Chiller maintenance and repair services for a total of four (4) Water-Cooled Centrifugal York Chillers as follows: two (2) Low Pressure Chillers labeled CH-1 and CH-2, two (2) High Pressure Chillers labeled CH-4 and CH-5 and associated Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), identified in Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Service shall include the following: 1. Preventive Maintenance 2. Inspections 3. Testing 4. Repairs 5. Replacement 6. Technical Support Services 2) The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to provide Chiller maintenance and repair services for a total of four (4) Water-Cooled Centrifugal York Chillers as follows: two (2) Low Pressure Chillers labeled CH-1 and CH-2, two (2) High Pressure Chillers labeled CH-4 and CH-5 and associated Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), identified in Attachment 9, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Equipment List. Service shall include the following: Preventive Maintenance Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 10115 subdivision (c) and Military and Veterans Code (MVC) section 999.2 subdivision (a), Bidders must meet a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal.
