Fulshear Water Plant No. 2 (Preliminary for Reference ). A mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held at X:XX on TBD, XX, 2023 at the following location. Question Deadline 11/02/2023 at 2:00 PM CT This Project will consist of all associated work to construct the City of Fulshear Water Plant No. 2 facilities consisting of the following components. 4.0 MGD Water Supply (Groundwater Well) 1.5 MG Ground Storage Tank (GST) 5.75 MGD Pump Station Electrical/Chemical/Office Building Stand-By Generator New Electrical Equipment Connections to Proposed Infrastructure to Water Lines Site Paving Coordination with Elevated Storage Tank to be built by others. Please direct any questions related to the design of this Project to the Q&A Section. The Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all Bids, and or waive formalities. NOTE - The Documents posted in this listing are PRELIMINARY FOR REFERENCE. Final Contract Documents will be available for download from Public Purchase at a later date (anticipated to be available by October 13, 2023).
