The vendor shall provide all necessary labor, supplies, supervision, equipment, safety equipment and services including personal air monitoring, waste hauling and disposal, as required to accomplish the job or task(s) assigned in accordance with all regulations of the State of New Jersey and appropriate US Government Agencies or as directed by Rowan University or it's designee. A. The vendor will provide job estimates along with any evaluation data to the University prior to any replacement or repair. The University reserves the right to determine whether repair or replacement is in the University's best interest. 1. The contractor shall be able to respond to various remediation requests and shall be proficient in addressing the most common materials including asbestos, lead based paint, microbial growth, pigeon droppings, animal dander or wastes, animal car casses, wet/water damaged materials, and other hazardous substances that may require remediation. Other contaminants may be required as well and will be contracted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the ability of the contractor to respond to the contaminant. 2. During the period of the contract or any extension thereof, Rowan University reserves the right to add or delete specific services and/or locations at the prevailing contract prices. The contractor will be given seven (7) days' notice to effect requested changes. 3. Any labor or material, in addition to that described herein, determined to be necessary to comply with the terms outlined throughout the RFP and any industry rules, ordinances or regulations shall be performed and furnished by the contractor at no additional cost to the University.
