Saving Project...

Remodeling of a swimming pool in Show Low, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a swimming pool.

The project is located in the Aquatic Center building, 1100 W. Deuce of Clubs. There are two small restrooms that will be converted into a single ADA accessible restroom. The improvements include new plumbing fixtures, partitions, wall board, paint, re-finishing concrete floors, lighting, doors, paper and soap product dispensers, an adult changing station and other necessary appurtenances. The scope will include necessary demolition and disposal of generated waste materials. In-slab and in-wall plumbing will need to be reconfigured. Written questions will be accepted until close of business on Tuesday, October 17. Submit written questions to Trampas Johnston, Engineering Project Manager, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 or tjohnston@showlowaz.gov. This work must be completed during the annual maintenance shutdown of the Aquatic Center from November 27 to December 17. The City of Show Low also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not deemed in the best interest of the City. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
