Renovation of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
McLane STEM Courtyard Site Improvements Project In general, the project consists of new improvements for the existing McLane Hall Building at California State University, Fresno. The work includes improvements to enhance the student experience on campus. This provides an outdoor classroom/lecture space, event space, and landscape to introduce color and shade. The design alleviates complications with student and service interaction creating a place for students to study and interact in a natural setting. New improvements include concrete paving, interlocking pavers, solar canopy with solar panels, fabric shade structure, electrical/lighting facilities, grading, drainage, and landscape. Bid proposal packages are obtainable only by prequalified contractors, licensed in the State of California with a General B license, and registered with the DIR to bid public works projects. The bid packages must be requested from the Trustees, by contacting publicworks@mail.fresnostate.edu. Contractor Request for Information Due 10/31/2023 @ 5:00 PM Campus response to Request for Information Due 11/3/2023 @ 5:00 PM Construction estimate for the project is $800,000.
