As of November 3, 2025, the project is on hold pending funding. A general contractor has not been selected. A firm construction timeline has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project in general consists of site work, renovation of an existing building that serves as bath house, office areas, mechanical room with pool filters, motors, etc., removal of concrete decking, demolition of existing pool and supporting infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, etc.), demolition of an existing kiddy pool, the construction and installation of new pool and splash pad and all associated support equipment (electrical, plumbing, etc).
