Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

* Award subject to final approval. The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Upgrade/replacement of building Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) including interior and exterior cameras in both existing and new locations. This installation includes new exterior camera posts in existing locations. .2 Replacement of existing Intrusion Alarm System. .3 Supply and installation of new Access Control System including new door frames and hardware for affected doors. .4 Lockdown and panic alarm installation. .5 Integration of access control to existing elevator for access to 3rd floor only. .6 Installation of new camera/monitor for elevator. .7 Removal of existing wiring made redundant by this project. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
