All proposals shall be in writing and on forms provided in the specifications Each bid shall be accompanied by a bond for either the full amount of the bid, a certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit for 10% of the bid as a guarantee that, if the bid accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of it properly secured by a 100% performance bond. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after bids are opened. The Board of Hardin County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in bidding and accept the lowest and best bid. By order of the Honorable Board of Hardin County Commissioners.
