Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,700-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Request applications for qualification from licensed subcontractors for the following project: CITY OF BOISE FIRE STATION 13, 6124 N. Bogart Lane, BOISE, ID 83714 IN GENERAL, THE project consists of a new ground UP CONSTRUCTION OF an approximate 10,900 sf Fire Station with an Approximate 740 sf mexxanine for a total 11,700 sf facility. THE new facility will consist of 6 dorm rooms, Large day room kitchen dining, 3 shower/BATHROOMS, 2 restrooms, Offices, work out room, lobby, satelite police office, 3 bay appuratus storage, Turnout lockers and miscellaneous Fire Fighting support rooms. The Project is anticipated to include the following scopes of work consisting Grading and paving, on-site and off-site improvements, underground utility connections, earthwork and asphalt paving, landscaping, gabion walls curb and gutter, and concrete flatwork, Survey lay out and staking, site signage, striping and parking accessories, site and Structural masonry, misc Structural Steel, Metal Fabrications, Building Concrete, moisture protection, caulking and sealants, Expansion Control, Thermal and Sound Insulation, membrane roofing, Metal roofing and siding, Exterior Glass and Glazing, skylights, Doors Frames and Hardware, specialty overhead doors, rough and Finish Carpentry and Millwork, glulam posts and beams, cross laminated timber (CLT) Decking, Wood Studs, drywall and Paint, Acoustical paneks and Ceiling systems, Tile, Carpet and Resilient Flooring, concrete finishing, Building signage, wall and door protection, toilet, bath and laundry accessories, fire protection specialties, lockers, Residential appliances, Commercial kitchen equipment, windows blinds and shades, fire suppression/sprinkler systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, test and balance, electrical, low voltage, fire alarm and security systems. The project is estimated between $10,500,000 to $11,500,000 Applications for Qualification shall be received by 5:00 PM MST, Thursday, November 2, 2023. Anticipated request for proposals will be issued in November 2, 2023 with bids due November 30, 2023 to be eligible to provide A BID PROPOSAL on this project, each subcontractor must be PRE-qualified through core construction.
