SCICSEC will not assume any liability, directly or indirectly, for any costs incurred by Bidders in the preparation and submission of their bids in response to this IFP or negotiations relating to the contract. 5 The information provided by SCICSEC is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, SCICSEC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information. 6 An offer submitted by a Bidder under this AO represents its binding offer to enter into a contract with SCICSEC under the terms of the AO.
