This Call for Tenders is made up of three (3) distinct lots distributed as follows: * LOT 1 - composed of 5 establishments * LOT 2 - composed of 3 establishments * LOT 3 - composed of 5 establishments The list of establishments in each lot is defined in the detailed price schedule (Appendix 2.00). The plans as well as the project sheets are attached to this Technical Specification, for each of the establishments, in order to provide additional data and identify specific needs. Five (5) sites have no plans or only partial plans and will be subject to mandatory site visits. These establishments are: * Lot 1 - Des Mesanges * Lot 1 - Jacques-Labrie * Lot 1 - Notre-Dame * Lot 3 - CFP de l'automobile (CFPA) * Lot 3 - Alpha Estimated value: $366,800 to $605,599 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
