This solicitation is an invitation for bid for project 523A4-22-017 Kitchen Site Preparation at the VAMC West Roxbury Campus located at 1400 VFW Pkwy, West Roxbury, MA 02132. See instructions below. In accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. This project primary includes the site preparation for new kitchen equipment for Nutrition Food & Services and installation of VA purchased new kitchen equipment as per the VA provided drawings and specifications. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, materials, coordination including coordination drawings to complete the site prep work, new kitchen equipment installation and connect all utilities to ensure new kitchen layout is fully operational. The period of performance for this project is 180 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 and the size standard is $45 million.
