**As of November 28, 2023, project was awarded to Anderson Fencing And Custom Welding but awarded amount is not available.** It is the intention of Midland Independent School (MISD) District to enter into an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity requirements contract with one or more firms to provide Fencing Installation and Supplies on an as needed basis. Multiple vendors may be selected for and awarded contracts. On projects that exceed the sum of $25,000, the successful Bidder is required to furnish a Payment Bond for 100% of the Bid in terms of dollars and cents. The cost of the bond is to be included in the Bid amount at time of task order request. On projects that exceed the sum of $100,000, the successful Bidder is required to furnish both Payment & Performance Bonds for 100% of the Bid in terms of dollars and cents. The cost of the bond is to be included in the Bid amount at time of task order request The Owner reserves the right to require any or all Bidders to submit statements as to previous experience in performing comparable work, and as to financial and technical organization and resources available for this work.
