Renovation of a fire / police facility in Niceville, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder. Qualifications will be received for a single prime Contract. Evaluation and negotiations should lead to a Master contract with the primary purpose of design of a new Police Department Building. No Documents will be issued within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time of the RFQ Opening. The award of this contract is subject to Chapter 112, Florida Statutes, which requires any Bidder to declare any and all conflicts of interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder. The method of contractor has not determined at this time. The estimated overall budget is between $4M-$5M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
