Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Decatur, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The work will be let under one Contract if award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner. The principal items of work to be performed under this Contract are outlined herein below: Project consists of site work and electric infrastructure to facilitate the installation of a paired Charge Point Express250 equipment to provide up to 125 kW of rapid electric vehicle charging capability. The project includes the installation of a 400 amp electric meter and associated electrical panel as well as prepping the site for the installation of two electrical vehicle fast chargers. Meter base and Main panel to be provided by Decatur Utilities. Contractor will be responsible for all sitework including curbing and all conduit installation. A Bid Bond or cashier's check in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid (but not more than $10,000) must accompany each proposal. The payee of such bond or cashier's check shall be Municipal Utilities Board of Decatur, Morgan County, Alabama. The Bid Bond or cashier's check shall bear the same date as that set for receipt of bids.
