The City of Fayetteville is accepting bids from properly licensed professionals to bid on the annual bulk material rebids for 2024 listed below. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/8/2023 01:00:00 PM (ET) Any questions concerning the bidding process should be addressed to Kenny Fitch, City of Fayetteville Purchasing Agent, at kfitch@fayetteville-ar.gov or by calling (479)575-8258. Construction Bids (Labor and Materials): Bid 24-19, Construction - Concrete Rebid Each bid noted as a construction bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check from a bank located in the State of Arkansas or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required for any single project exceeding $50,000. All construction bids require a valid current license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractor's License Board. Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the Project is located. The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
