Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Clovis, New Mexico. Design plans call for the renovation of a 22,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 11, 2025, this is in design development now and should start in the end of March 2026. Reference Number 0000332311 The City of Clovis (herein referred to as "City") is seeking a qualified architectural firm (herein referred to as "Architect") to complete conceptual design plans, specifications, itemized cost estimates, final construction plans, and associated documents necessary for the City of Clovis to renovate the recently purchased 32,000 sq. ft. metal building at 516 Ash Street and located on approximately .96 acres of land, and adjacent 517 Hickory Street, located on approximately .64 acres of vacant land, into the new City of Clovis Animal Shelter (please see attached site map Exhibit A). Plans should include, but are not limited to, space planning and layout based on the future needs of the facility, final design plans, including details for plumbing, HVAC, ADA accommodations, entry and exit features, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, structural, and communications and data.
