This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued to cover the cost to the Authority for preventive maintenance, inspection, installation, removal, and service on the fleet, and facility base units, of the two-way radio communication system The Service Provider shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to service and maintain the two-way radio communication system. This work entails: On site analysis and repair Pickup and delivery of radios - Service Tech. should contract end user of radio to schedule installation of radio after repairs. Parts and labor included Physical damages up to $100.00 per radio. One Annual Preventive Maintenance Inspection of radios to be scheduled in advance by the Authority. Repair or replacement of portable antennas and single unit charger (one per year). Flat rate for installations and removal of mobile radio.
