St. Charles Parish (SCP) is requesting statements of qualifications for a Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) contractor to perform pre-construction services for the Engineers Canal Pump Station Improvements Project, Parish. Respondents shall follow the instructions given in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) in order to respond with a valid proposal for evaluation by SCP's Evaluation Committee. All inquiries shall be directed to the Public Works Department at aford@stcharlesgov.net, copying mbingham@stcharlesgov.net and csailor@stcharlesgov.net, by Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 4:00PM (CDT). Addenda to this RFQ will be issued via SCP's website and Central Bidding by Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 4:00PM (CDT). All forms required will be posted on SCP's website. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
