LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Port Clinton Borough, Schuylkill County, PA is accepting bids for plowing for the 2023-2024 season. Bid requires contractor to plow, salt, and clear all Borough roadways, keeping roadways open during snow, ice, and sleet events. Contractor is required to be located within close proximity of town, have own equipment for plowing (please list equipment and hourly rate of each), ability to remove snow in case of excess accumulation. Borough provides salt and is not part of bid. Council requests three references and reserves the right to request security from contractors not working for the Borough previously.
