Scope of work: 1) The disposal of recyclable materials collected by the Township of Woolwich in single stream form and delivered to your facility. 2) Recyclables are to include fiber (paper) and commingled containers, (glass, aluminum, tin, steel, plastics #1, 2, etc.) 3) The vendor shall provide certified weight tickets/slips for each load delivered to the facility and a monthly report of the total tons received. The Woolwich Township Committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, to request re-submissions, and to award proposals as the Township Committee deems will best serve the interest of the Township. The term of this Agreement is for three (3) years beginning on or about January 1, 2024 with two (2) one year options which may be exercised by the Township by giving 30 days written notice of the intent to exercise which should be effective upon mailing. Proposals may be sent through the mail or hand delivered. Envelope must bear the name and address of the responder and the words "Proposal for the Disposal of Recyclable Materials" and clearly marked "Sealed Proposal" and address to Jane DiBella, Woolwich Township Administrator/Clerk, 120 Village Green Drive, Woolwich Township, NJ 08085.
