Site work and paving for a water / sewer project in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to the following: The construction of approximately 497 lineal feet of 8" DIP watermain by open cut and directional drill operations, also including valves, fittings, fire hydrants, surface restoration, and associated items on Osage Street in Normal, Illinois. Any questions regarding this bid will be addressed at a Pre-Bid Conference. Town employees are otherwise prohibited from answering questions prior to the bid opening. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly on Mondays through Fridays between the hours 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. State statutes and local ordinance require the payment of prevailing wage by all contractors and subcontractors on this job. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
