Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

This request is for information only to assist Richmond Public Schools (RPS) in determining the best method to establish a contract for a transportation garage located on the site of RPS property at 3501 Belt Boulevard, Richmond, VA, 23234. RPS wishes to request information from the general construction market on how to best solicit, price, and manage this project. This RFI is an opportunity for vendors to provide input for such a service that would best accommodate the needs of RPS, but does not guarantee a solicitation will be issued, or that a particular vendor will be provided an award. An RFI Conference will provide the opportunity for RPS to answer questions and provide any needed clarifications. This will also be an opportunity for vendors to discuss possible approaches that RPS may consider when soliciting and managing this service. An RFI Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on October 17, 2023, located at 3501 Belt Boulevard, Richmond VA, 23234. Attendance is optional.
