his project is to remove the existing paint and rust from the interior and exterior portions of the elevated storage tank, and to add cathodic protection to prevent corrosion to meet all codes and regulations for health and safety. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice requires the Contractor to make a good faith effort to include Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB's) in at least 21.1% of the total value of this construction contract award.
