1. The Successful Bidder shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete the following a. Remove and dispose of existing curtains, curtain rods, tie backs, etc. b. Perform all necessary patching and painting of walls and ceilings to repair any holes from existing mountings and/or damage caused during removal or installation. c. Furnish and install operable window treatments in the locations on Attachment 1. 2. Window treatments shall: a. Consist of room darkening, UV blocking/temperature control fabric front panels and sheer white panels on separate rods. (1) Front panels shall be: i Within a neutral color range (e.g., beige, grey, white, tan). ii From the same dye lot. iii Solid in appearance. 1. Fabric may be textured. 2. No floral, paisley, damask, ogee, jacobian, ikat, animal print, toile, or similar will be accepted. iv UV blocking/temperature control fabric. v Windowsill length. 1. Bidder(s) shall measure lengths during the mandatory site visit. (2) Sheer panels shall be: i White. ii From the same dye lot. iii Solid in appearance. iv Sheer fabric. v Windowsill length. 1. Project has been cancelled The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking bids from prospective Bidders to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to furnish and install new window treatments at the Upper Marlboro District Court. This project includes the removal and disposal of existing window treatments. The contract term will be from the date of contract execution until project completion, or 06/30/2024, whichever is sooner. Bids submitted in response to this IFB shall be valid and irrevocable for 90 days following the closing date for this IFB. This period may be extended at the Procurement Officer's request only with the Bidder's written agreement.
