Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Deerfield, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 67,287-square-foot educational facility; and for the addition of a 14,500-square-foot educational facility.

Project scope includes but is not limited to renovations and improvements to the district high school / middle school building, including window replacements to the original high school, HVAC replacement in original high school, new ADA bathrooms and renovation to the Family and Consumer Sciences room, new fire alarm system, window replacement in middle school, exterior building repairs and improvements, new HVAC system in auditorium, ADA code compliant doors in original high school, sewer line repairs and storm shelter addition. Renovations and improvements to the district elementary school, including District kitchen renovation, nurse station remodel for ADA bathroom, ADA code compliant doors and carpet in the corridor, security vestibule, upgrade to entrance, exterior repairs and improvements, window replacement, new fire alarm system, ADA improvements to west elementary playground, column repair to canopy entrance and sewer line repairs. Improvements to the vocational building include roof replacement and new fire alarm system. Improvements to the daycare building include new roof, fascia and soffit replacement and new fire alarm system. Improvements to the bus barn include exterior repairs and site improvements. All renovations and improvements to be constructed per 2018 IBC Family Code. This project is Tax Exempt. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
