Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wilson, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The city of Wilson will receive formal SEALED BIDS for the Pender Street Center and Park Relocation at 2:00pm, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, located at Bartlett Engineering & Surveying, 1906 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27893 at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. SEALED BIDS for the Pender Street Center and Park Relocation scope of work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc. required to complete the following contract: Project Location: 500 Barnes St South, Wilson, NC 27896 Building Construction including, but not limited to a new 3,200 +/- sq ft New Masonry Building, to include all interior rooms and finish, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. Site Preparation including, but not limited to excavation and grading, sedimentation and erosion control, utilities, concrete sidewalk(s), landscaping and permanent seeding, building sub-grade preparation, and all site utilities. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at the Bartlett Engineering & Surveying, 1906 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27893 at 10am on Wednesday August 28, 2024. A representative of the owner, project engineer, and project management team will be present to discuss provisions of the contract as well as any construction-related questions that need to be addressed. All prospective Bidders are expected to attend. substantially complete the Work within 180 calendar days.
