Westbourne Storm Drainage Improvement. The project area covers approximately 20 acres and is roughly bounded by Old Plank Road to the north, Lark haven Road to the east, Westbourne Drive to the west, and Belhaven Boulevard to the south. The project includes storm drain improvement including culvert replacements, repair of aging and deteriorating storm drains by way of pipe system upgrades, and channel stabilization improvements. The project also includes water line upgrades and sanitary sewer relocations along with road resurfacing and seeding in affected project areas.
