Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project involves removing a portion of the exterior concrete outside a wash bay for the purpose of continuing in slab heating from inside the building. New Boiler and piping will be required. Electrical and General Construction to accommodate work is all under the same single prime contractor. BID SECURITY. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accord with 00 1000 Instructions to Bidders. Bidders Bond, cashiers checks or certified checks will be accepted. THE OWNER reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject Bids and to hold all Bids for a period of 30 days after the date fixed for the opening thereof.
