The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Midland Board Council Reserves the Right to Award or to Reject Any and/or All Portions Thereof Proposals Submitted, and to Waive Informalities in the Bidding Process if in the Best Interest of the Authority. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER in writing Question Deadline 11/08/2023 A. Work under Contract 2023-01 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the construction of public drinking water facilities and appurtenances. The project is located along Railroad Avenue in the Borough of Midland, Beaver County. B. The project consists of the removal of the main distribution line, fittings, and valves. Also included is the installation of a new 14" D.I. main line, fittings, and valves, a meter vault, caustic soda injection vault, all related caustic soda piping and accessories, and all related concrete, asphalt, and lawn restoration. C. No work under this contract is to be performed during the following time frame: November 19, 2023, through March 31, 2024
