Demolition, site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
** As of February 16, 2024. This project has been awarded to Lund Ross Construction with an amount of $240,000.00.** This work will include BACKUP COMMUNICATIONS CENTER, work to Demolition, Wood, Plastics, Composites, Electrical and Miscellaneous Construction Items, CEB 23-08 at Eppley Airfield. Combined construction will include Demolition, Wood, Plastics, Composites, Electrical and Miscellaneous Construction Items. Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below: Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 84 (Eighty-Four) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter, and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid is required. The selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract. The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
