Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Scranton, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,500-square-foot fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Florence County (County) is seeking a qualified firm to provide design/build services for the design and construction of a new Fire Station to be located at the corner of W. Old No. 4 Hwy. and N. Floyd Rd., Olanta, SC (TMS #00089-03-032) according to the requirements of the solicitation contained herein. All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be submitted in writing via Vendor Registry no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. The successful firm will prepare a design build schedule to meet the needs and expectations of the County. Provide complete plans and specifications sealed by registered architect or engineer. The building must comply with all current building codes
