The City of Placentia seeks proposals from qualified firms for On-call Landscape Architecture & Design Services in support of various capital improvement projects for landscaped medians, parkways, and park facilities. Pre-Bid Meeting : No Online Q&A:Yes Q&A Deadline: 10/12/2023 5:00 PM (PDT) The City of Placentia desires to establish an on-call list of up to four (4) design consultants with outstanding reputation, capacity, knowledge, and proven track records to provide the City with on-call landscape architecture, irrigation, structural, civil, electrical, and related engineering services which may be required in connection with planning, design, and renovation of landscaping areas. All questions, requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical concerning this RFQ must be requested in writing and submitted through the City Electronically. Questions sent directly to City Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) Electronically. Oral statements regarding this RFQ by any persons should be considered unverified information unless confirmed in writing. The deadline to submit questions is Thursday, October 12, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. All posted questions will be answered Electronically Proposal Evaluations/Interviews, if necessary - November 2023 City Council Contract Award and Selection* - December 5, 2023 The City reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all proposals. The initial contract term for this list shall be for a period of three (3) years, with the right to extend the terms of this contract for one (1) additional two (2) year extension, subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of funding and budget.
