Provide tree trimming, pruning, and other related services for street trees located in the Villages of Kapolei. For more information and instructions for submitting a bid, please download the IFB Packet. Any questions regarding the IFB must be submitted on electronically using the Q&A function. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: Tabangcura, Krystal-Lee. That the time of completion for all the work in this Bid shall be FORTYEIGHT (48) MONTHS from the date of commencement indicated in the Notice to Proceed. HHFDC may extend the contract time up to an additional ONE (1) EXTENSION OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS beyond the original contract time, at the given unit prices stated in the Multi-Term Bid Schedule submitted with this Bid, as determined by HHFDC at its sole discretion. Any extension of the Contract time will require the approval of the State as specified in the General Conditions. That the liquidated damages for every calendar day of delay in the completion of the work shall be $150.00 per day as specified in the "Liquidated Damages" section of the Special Conditions.
