The Roadways and Stormwater Improvements include Clearing, Grubbing to construct approximately 3,000 Linear Feet (LF) of Two (2) Twelve (12)-foot Lanes with Shoulder and Ditch Section, Storm Drainage Systems, Three (3) major culvert crossings, and Two (2) Stormwater Basins, Erosion Control Measures, and Grass Disturbed Areas. Specific Details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. Chesterfield County requests when constructing the roadways, that the connection from Dove Sutton Road down to Lot 3 be constructed to sub-grade before completing the remaining portion of the roadways to allow access for construction of Lot 3. Contractors shall have a proper and active South Carolina License Classification.
