Solicitation of Bids for Louis B. Russell, Jr. Elementary - IPS #48 - Phalen Academy - Exterior Window & Door Replacements. The Board reserves all rights to extend or postpone the due date/bid opening without further advertisement. Late bids will be rejected. All rights are reserved to reject any and all bids. Bid submission details : Bidders may physically drop off bids during business hours. The John Morton Finney Educational Services Center is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. through 4:45 p.m. Bidders may choose to mail their bid submissions, using a carrier of their choosing, to the John Morton Finney Educational Services Center, located at 120 E. Walnut St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 to the Attention of Purchasing Department. The name of the bid and open date/time must be plainly indicated on the outside of the envelope to ensure the bid is properly received. All persons entering the building are required to sign in at the receptionist desk. Documents info : There is a limit of three (3) sets per Bidder, one (1) set per sub bidder and supplier, under the refundable policy. Additional sets may be purchased at non-refundable printing costs. A non-refundable fee will be added for postage when necessary. Electronic media of the Drawings and Specifications in PDF format is available to plan-holders (only) from the same printing company for a non-refundable fee of $50.
