Site work for a water / sewer project in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project locations will be located throughout the City of Seattle as specified in each Work Package issued after the Contract is executed. This Project consists of performing spot sewer rehabilitation to existing sewer and drainage pipes of varying depth and size. This includes coordinating with other utilities, surface removal, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, replacing pipe, pipe fittings, maintenance holes and channels, bedding, jet cleaning, CCTV inspection, backfilling, pavement restoration, and removal of debris. The Bidder has attached a Bid Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the submitted Bid amount plus retail sales tax in the form of cashier's check, certified check, or Bid bond. The apparent low Bidder must provide to PC an original, executed Payment and Performance Bond for the Not to Exceed amount of $4,000,000 (plus sales tax). Liquidated Damages will not be used in this Contract. The Contract amount is Not to Exceed $4,000,000, plus sales tax Written questions must be submitted via email to Kai.Fan@seatte.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. 4 Business Days before the Bid Opening Date The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $600,000 The Contract duration is for a period of 2 years, starting from Notice To Proceed, or until the date that the total payment requested meet Not to Exceed award amount, whichever is earlier
