ODOT is requesting supplemental information regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the three projects identified in the attached Mini-RFP. The needed service are further described in the attached Mini-RFP and example statement of work for each project. All questions must be received not later than 5 business days prior to the Proposal submission deadline. Question and Answer documents, if any, will be posted on OregonBuys (in the Informal Quote Attachments section for this Mini-RFP) to respond to inquiries that Agency determines, in its sole discretion, do not effect changes to this Mini-RFP. Question and Answer documents provide. Agency anticipates the construction budget for the Days Creek Bridge Project will not exceed $3,406,100.00. Agency anticipates the construction budget for the South Deer Creek (Hatfield Truss) Project will not exceed $2,030,300.00. Agency anticipates the construction budget for the South Myrtle Creek Bridge Project will not exceed $2,115,000.00.
