The scope includes, but is not limited to: o anti-climb fencing on posts o chain-link fence ceiling o detention grade plumbing fixtures o concrete masonry unit walls o concrete floor slabs & striping o detention grade site furnishings, tables, chairs and equipment o sports equipment o security camera & related work All installations must comply with Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations (the California Building Standards Code) and the California Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) standards. Construction requirements will include management of an approved quality control program as well as approvals by the Alameda County Sheriff's Office (ACSO), the BSCC, other authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), and the County's Construction Manager. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the County awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidders shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
