Description: The Oregon State Police ("OSP") is soliciting bids for Roofing Service Company to perform routine maintenance, service and repair services at its Springfield office located at 3620 Gateway St., Springfield, OR 97477. This document contains the following Attachments: A. Scope of Work B. Sample Service Agreement Mandatory Requirements: o Bidder must attend a job walkthrough at 11 a.m. on Wednesday October 11, at: 3620 Gateway St., Springfield, OR 97477. o Must begin work no later than December 1, 2023. o After-hour rates must be differentiated from regular rates. o Contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform services to Agency Monday to Friday during business hours 8 a.m.-5p.m., and after hours for emergency calls. Scope of Work: o For the full description of the services solicited, please refer to the "Scope of Work" o Standard repairs are expected to be schedule withing 24 hours. o Emergency repair response are expected within 1 hour, and on-site within 3 hours window. o Contractor shall provide a written report with pictures of all work done at the facility after every visit. o All work to be performed per industry standards. Contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials, tools and equipment for maintenance, repair, and installation services from within the contracted Service Area. o Contractor shall provide written quotes upon request. o CCB License is required.
