Renovation of a municipal facility in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A single contract for Low Voltage Work incorporating the following scope: Modifying and expanding an Addressable Fire Alarm System Provide a new Access Control System Provide a new Intrusion Alarm System Provide a new Video Surveillance System Provide a new Video Wall System Provide a new Information Technology Cabling System Time of Completion: Successful bidders shall begin the work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the work within the Contract Time. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject and any all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
