Renovation of a municipal facility in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 21, 2023 , This project has been awarded to Keystone, with the awarded amount of $176,092.** The Fayette County Commission (FCC), a certified local government, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bid to secure and reset the brick facade, replace missing and deteriorated mortar, replace window lintels and reset the original stone parapet cap at the Sheriff's Department wing of the Historic Fayette County Courthouse, funded in part by the WV Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority. An acceptable Bid Bond, made payable to the Owner , in the amount of the five percent (5%) of the total bid, must accompany each bid. West Virginia State Contractor's License will be required of all bidders. The parties to whom Contracts are awarded will be required to execute the Agreement and obtain the required performance Bonds and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds. A list of contractor licenses and insurances including WV Business License, WV Contractor's License, WV Workers Compensation insurance and Commercial Liability Insurance Certificates The FCC reserves the right to waive and informality or to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of the Bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified will not be considered
