HLMS has approximately 60 residential properties across the City of Toronto. The properties range from single detached homes to 6 storey low-rise apartments. HLMS has identified the importance of preventative maintenance along with demand maintenance on the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment in its buildings to provide safe and comfortable housing for its tenants. As well, this process will help HLMS achieve cost savings, provide for the streamlining and automating of processes, and ensure HLMS remains in compliance with the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Suppliers has been issued by the owner. Houselink & Mainstay Housing intends to retain a professional firm to provide project management services/Maintenance for HVAC equipment located at Houselink and Mainstay Properties throughout the GTA. Houselink and HLMS Community Housing (HLMS) is inviting you to submit a response to this Request for Supplier Qualifications for Preventative Maintenance and Demand Maintenance services for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the Houses and Group Homes portion of the HLMS portfolio in accordance with the Manufacturer specifications and this package. (3-year term) with a clause of extending another 2 Year basis on service and feedback from the client.
