Scope #1 - Sandy Valley Community Center: Parking Lot Replacement (RP.F9H23029) The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Scope #1: Sandy Valley Community Center: Parking Lot Replacement and is located at 650 Quartz Avenue, Sandy Valley, Nevada 89019. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of the removal of existing pavement, demolition of trash enclosure and construction of new trash enclosure, scarifying/recompacting existing sub-base, grading, 6-inch stone base course, 4-inch AC Paving, new curbing, parking stops, new ADA parking area, and striping. Project to be divided into two phases. Phase #1 to include the construction of the additional ADA Parking & Sidewalk connection from the new ADA Parking to existing sidewalk. Phase #2 to include existing curb restoration, existing pavement restoration, added valley gutter, trash enclosure, and additional pavement markings. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Existing conditions, Concrete, Masonry, Finishes, Earthwork, and Exterior Improvements.
