Site work for a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction was completed 3/10/2025. Miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation/controls improvements located at three (3) different sites that regulate and maintain BCRUA finished water flows into the City of Leander and City of Round Rock water systems. The construction includes installation of a new electronic flow control system on an existing globe valve and electrical and/or instrumentation/controls improvements at three (3) different sites. Estimate: $400,000 Question Deadline: 11/01/2023 at 5:00 PM CT Each Proposal must be accompanied by Proposal Security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Proposers total amount Proposal and in the form of a certified or cashier's check or a Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements, General Conditions set forth OWNER's requirements as to performance and payment Bonds Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Including Without Limitation the Right to Reject Any or All Nonconforming, Non-responsive, Unbalanced, or Conditional Owner Also Reserves the Right to Waive All Informalities Not Involving Price, Time, or Changes in the Work and to Negotiate Contract Terms With the Successful Proposer.
