The intent and purpose of this bid is to secure Cla-Valve Kits for the City of Morgan Hill's Utility Division. These bids shall include all charges for freight and delivery, sales tax and any other fees to obtain the materials requested. Materials are to be delivered to 100 Edes Street, Morgan Hill, CA, 95037. Submit all questions regarding this bid via email to Inga.alonzo@morganhill.ca.gov using subject line "Cla-Valve Kits Q&A". Last date to submit questions will be Friday, October 13, 2023, at 4 P.M., PST. An addendum to the project will be posted to the City of Morgan Hill website by Wednesday, October 18, 2023, with all Bid questions and answers. The City reserves the right, acting in its sole discretion, to waive non-substantive bid irregularities, the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or to abandon the work entirely. The Contractor will be awarded by City Manager, or if over $60,000, by the City Council, if at all, within sixty (60) calendar days after reviewing bids based on the bid most advantageous to the City. Upon award, the awarded Contractor will be issued a Notice to Proceed and a Purchase Order
