The Tarrant Regional Water District (The District) is seeking proposals for grounds maintenance at six (6) District facilities around Waxahachie, Texas. All normal and usual services/materials which are necessary to provide a complete and acceptable service shall be included in this bid and shall confirm in quality of materials, workmanship and performance to that which is usually provided for this type of service. Grounds Maintenance services provided shall be inclusive of all necessary supervision, labor, equipment and supplies. Contractor shall be required to perform services including, but not limited to, mowing, edging, bed maintenance, hand weeding, prune shrubs and police for trash. This Contract, if a contract is awarded, shall be for a period of one (1) year. The District shall have the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Response to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the District for the benefit of all bidders. A response will be given for questions submitted by the end of the day on August 28, 2023. Prospective offerors must register with the Procurement Website as a plan holder, even if proposal documents are obtained from a site. All official notifications, addenda, and other documents will be offered only through the Procurement Website. Proposal forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and offerors risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing the submittal to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the submittal from an award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final proposal documents obtained from other sources.
