As of 1/3/2023, this project was not yet awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded on 1/27/2024. It is the intent of Spring Branch Independent School District (SBISD) to award one or more contracts as a result of this Solicitation. Product(s) and/or services considered for award shall equal or exceed a minimum quality level of industry standard(s) as defined within this Solicitation, including the Scope of Proposal. Product(s) and/or services shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications. Estimate: $3,250,000.00 Proposal Security: Proposal Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check for 10 percent of total proposal. Make security payable to Spring Branch ISD. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount and are to be included with the signed contract.
